Piano Play! is a group class for young beginners who wish to explore the piano. Topics covered include good technique, rhythm, musical expression, and keyboard layout. Because play and movement is still so integral to learning at this age, the kids will stay active with games, songs, listening, drawing, and moving to the music. A piano or keyboard at home is recommended, but not mandatory during the summer.  If you choose to continue in the fall in private lessons, you will then need a piano or full-sized, touch-sensitive  keyboard to practice on.
