Day 3 - Austin Minnesota: Day 3 and we’ve just remembered we have a camera. So what, you may ask, is this left-wing vegetarian doing at the hagiographic Spam Museum? Well, it was the location for a rest stop. The museum stands on a spot formerly occupied by a K-Mart.
